HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Our delivery costs are $3 USD. We offer free shipping for orders over $25 USD. We aim to keep shipping rates and product costs ultra affordable for our customers.

DO YOU HAVE A WAREHOUSE WHERE I CAN VIEW THE PRODUCTS?

Kawaii Bunch does not have a physical store however we do offer a 30 day return policy. If you have any questions about a specific product we will be more than happy to assist you. Please feel free to reach out to our team via our contact page or email us at hello@kawaii-bunch.com

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and while the delivery time varies depending on your location, we find that orders across the USA take approximately 7-14 days. Orders to Australia and Asia can be between 7-14 days. Europe is between 11-14 days.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Currently we offer Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) powered by Stripe.

We will soon offer the following options:

  • Afterpay
  • Klarna
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

Your payment information is safe and encrypted, we do not have any access to your payment details as they are all handled by Stripe and other leading trusted payment providers. We hope to add Paypal as a payment option in the near future.

HOW LONG IS YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD?

All products purchased from Kawaii Bunch come with a 1 month warranty period. If there are any extended exceptions, this will be added to an individual product description but if you are unsure please reach out to us.

I RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, WHEN WILL THE REMAINING ITEMS ARRIVE?

Sometimes an order will be sent in multiple parcels in order to get part of the order to you quicker. If you are unsure please contact hello@kawaii-bunch.com for further assistance.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED OR LOST?

Please keep an eye on the tracking. If you have problems with your delivery please contact us and we’ll always work with you to address any issues. 

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?

Clicking on the ‘head’ icon in the top right corner will take you to the customer login section. Please note that placing an order with us does not automatically create an account for you. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is confirmed, courier and tracking details will be sent to your email. Alternatively tracking information can be found with the order details in your account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT I AM AFTER IS OUT OF STOCK?

The website will not allow you to purchase an item if it is out of stock unless the item is on preorder or if there is an inventory discrepancy. If an item is on preorder, the Add to Cart button will be replaced with a Preorder button and a message will advise the estimated delivery time. If there is an inventory error, our team will contact you immediately.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY?

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM I PURCHASED?

Please email quoting your order number in the subject line and we will provide you with the return instructions.

CAN I ADD TO OR CHANGE MY EXISTING ORDER?

We may add to or change your existing order providing your order has not already been processed or dispatched. If you would like to amend your order please email us to arrange.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Providing the order has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. Please contact us to request cancellation of your order.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?

At this time in order to provide extra value to our customers and ship to many locations, we currently do not offer express shipping. We hope to provide this in the future at an affordable rate.

I’VE RECEIVED A COUPON CODE, HOW DO I REDEEM IT?

Please enter the code at checkout and your discount will be automatically applied. If the discount code does not work, please check the terms and conditions issued with the code (eg. minimum order spend) and/or contact us for support.

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

Our parcels are delivered by a range of couriers and postage companies depending on what location you are based in. Some examples include USPS and Australia Post however occasionally we work with other courier partners to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION NOT LISTED ABOVE?

Please email your question to our team at hello@kawaii-bunch.com or leave us a message on our contact page. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours but please allow up to 48 hours. This may take longer during peak times such as holidays.
